There are more than 1.100 employees in the plant, focusing on our customers and our product differentiation.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n\n<div class=\"list-formatted\">\n\n\n<h3>Hello Moms<\/h3>\n\n\nImplemented in 1985, the program has the objective of guiding collaborators, wives and daughters of collaborators during pregnancy, by means of monthly reunions, where there are lectures for those future mothers to increase their knowledge and share experiences lived in this unique moment of their lives: becoming a mother.\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3>Open Factory<\/h3>\n\n\nThe Open Factory Program consists in opening the company's doors to have a closer relationship between the company and its collaborators, family members and the community, presenting its reality, work environment, routine and technology. This program consists of promoting personalized visits for each type of public and is monitored by specialized technicians.\n\nIn the factory, the visitor will have moments of discovery and learning, in addition to finding out about the company's actions and all curiosities related to its history.\n\nSign-up and get to know the largest foundry in Latin America!\n\n\n<ul>\n \t\n\n<li>The visits take place every second weekend of the month, always on Thursdays.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The maximum number of visitors allowed per group is 20 people, and the minimum is 10.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>Minimum age for the visit is 12 years old.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>They are required to present their ID or another identification document with photo for clearance at the gates.<\/li>\n\n\n \t\n\n<li>The visitor should wear long pants, closed shoes and a t-shirt.
