{"id":783,"date":"2017-10-24T15:39:46","date_gmt":"2017-10-24T17:39:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/http:\/\/189.16.185.54\/?page_id=783"},"modified":"2019-02-06T11:31:09","modified_gmt":"2019-02-06T13:31:09","slug":"social-projects","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.amstedmaxion.com.br\/en\/sustainability\/social-projects\/","title":{"rendered":"Social Projects"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AmstedMaxion has several social projects, such as Formare, implemented in companies since 2006, the Senai Young Apprentices, Christmas without Hunger and the WINTER CLOTHES campaign.<\/p>\n<p><!--\n\n\n<h3>Formare<\/h3>\n\n\nImplemented in the companies since 2006, the program originated within the Iochpe-Maxion companies with the objective of developing the potentials of low-income youth within the company itself.\n\nCreated through a partnership of the Iochpe Foundation with the Federal Technology University of Paran\u00e1 (UTFPR), the program includes 70 schools all over the country, maintained by 50 companies, which provide physical space and time of their employees to work as volunteer educators. The Formare network school participants receive many benefits, such as transportation, medical assistance, life insurance, meals, grant-aids, Christmas basket and school material.\n\nThe training course is fully given by volunteer collaborators from the company and community itself, who are trained by the Iochpe Foundation. It has a theoretical content with classroom exercises and expository lessons, and practical ones as well, where the teenagers have the opportunity becoming a trainee in the administrative and manufacturing areas.\n\nThe school is a success in the towns where the company operates, attracting, every year, dozens of youngsters who participate in the selective process for the trainee positions.\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3>Senai Apprentices<\/h3>\n\n\nApprentice training program that, through a partnership between the companies and the SENAI unit, promotes youth development in their first professional experience.\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3>Athlete of the Future<\/h3>\n\n\nFocused on kids and youth, from 6 to 17 years old, it provides sports activities such as women's volleyball, women's basketball, artistic gymnastics, women's and men's soccer and women's and men's handball.\n\n&nbsp;\n\n\n\n<hr \/>\n\n\n\n\n\n<h3>Christmas Without Hunger<\/h3>\n\n\nWith the participation of the employees and the community, AmstedMaxion raises food for low-income families of the town where the company operates --><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AmstedMaxion has several social projects, such as Formare, implemented in companies since 2006, the Senai Young Apprentices, Christmas without Hunger and the WINTER CLOTHES campaign.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":6,"featured_media":0,"parent":669,"menu_order":3,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"page-list-sub-sub.php","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-783","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.9 -
