Um deles \u00e9 o ramal de 72 km da EF 118, entre Cariacica e Anchieta, que dever\u00e1 ser incorporado \u00e0 concess\u00e3o da EFVM. Nesse caso, a Vale entregar\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m ao governo o projeto da ferrovia completa, que vai do Rio de Janeiro a Vit\u00f3ria. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outro projeto que receber\u00e1 recursos de outorga cruzada \u00e9\na Ferrovia de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Centro-Oeste (Fico), trecho Mara Rosa a \u00c1gua Boa, em\nGoi\u00e1s, que ser\u00e1 entregue \u00e0 Uni\u00e3o assim que conclu\u00edda, para a concess\u00e3o da\nopera\u00e7\u00e3o. A Vale ficar\u00e1 respons\u00e1vel pelas obras de engenharia tanto do ramal\nquanto da Fico. As licen\u00e7as ambientais e de instala\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o de responsabilidade\ndo governo. As informa\u00e7\u00f5es foram dadas pelo ministro da Infraestrutura,\nTarc\u00edsio de Freitas, no Webinar nos Trilhos, no dia 10 de julho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m de parte da outorga ser aplicada em investimento\ncruzado na constru\u00e7\u00e3o do ramal da EF 118 e da Fico, o ministro afirmou que h\u00e1\ntamb\u00e9m expectativa de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de outorga livre com a renova\u00e7\u00e3o, cujo valor deve\nse aproximar de R$ 2 bilh\u00f5es. O montante poder\u00e1 ser aplicado na compra de\ntrilhos para a Fiol II e tamb\u00e9m na retomada de obras na Transnordestina,\nsegundo Freitas.&nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sobre o ramal Cariacica-Anchieta, o ministro falou em\nganhos para a regi\u00e3o. &#8221;A gente operacionaliza esse primeiro segmento at\u00e9 Anchieta,\nl\u00e1 n\u00f3s temos o Porto de Ub\u00fa, temos pelotizadora, muita capacidade ociosa, \u00e9 um\nporto que praticamente deixou de operar depois do ocorrido com a Samarco em\nMariana. Ent\u00e3o, a ferrovia passa a ter um papel fundamental, de dar um novo\nf\u00f4lego para essa regi\u00e3o. Com o projeto completo da ferrovia teremos clareza de\nquanto custa e qual o esfor\u00e7o que precisamos fazer para empreender toda a EF\n118&#8221;. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A expectativa do ministro \u00e9 que a delibera\u00e7\u00e3o do processo\nde renova\u00e7\u00e3o das ferrovias da Vale no Tribunal de Contas da Uni\u00e3o (TCU) ocorra\nem agosto ou in\u00edcio de setembro. A unidade t\u00e9cnica do Tribunal recomendou veto\n\u00e0 renova\u00e7\u00e3o antecipada da EFVM e da EFC. Uma das raz\u00f5es apontadas pela Seinfra\nseria a discrep\u00e2ncia da metodologia usada pela ANTT para definir o pre\u00e7o de\ntransfer\u00eancia do transporte de min\u00e9rio de ferro, ou seja, quanto a empresa\npagaria para movimentar o pr\u00f3prio (e principal) produto.
