O acordo prev\u00ea exclusividade \u00e0 CNH no uso das tecnologias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Em comunicado, o grupo disse que a eletrifica\u00e7\u00e3o e a automa\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e1quinas s\u00e3o elementos-chave de sua estrat\u00e9gia para se tornar um l\u00edder em tecnologia com atua\u00e7\u00e3o ainda mais forte na agricultura. A CNH, que fabrica m\u00e1quinas agr\u00edcolas de marcas como New Holland e Case, j\u00e1 tem uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o minorit\u00e1ria na Monarch, sediada no Vale do Sil\u00edcio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEstamos confiantes de que os novos caminhos fornecidos pela Monarch fortalecer\u00e3o rapidamente nossa posi\u00e7\u00e3o competitiva na agricultura de precis\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel\u201d, disse o presidente-executivo Scott Wine.
