Prevenir e controlar os \u00edndices de hipertens\u00e3o \u00e9 muito importante j\u00e1 que, segundo dados do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, os problemas cardiovasculares s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis por aproximadamente 300 mil mortes por ano no Brasil. Al\u00e9m disso, 50% dos hipertensos n\u00e3o sabem que t\u00eam o problema.
