Assim, o acumulado de janeiro a julho fechou em 9,11%. J\u00e1 o acumulado nos \u00faltimos doze meses foi de 14,07%, resultado um pouco abaixo dos 14,53% registrados nos doze meses imediatamente anteriores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cO segundo semestre inicia-se com o terceiro maior \u00edndice do ano, influenciado mais uma vez pela alta nas duas parcelas que o comp\u00f5em, material e m\u00e3o de obra\u201d, explica Augusto Oliveira, gerente do Sinapi. O custo nacional da constru\u00e7\u00e3o, por metro quadrado, foi de R$ 1.652,27 em julho, sendo R$ 987,88 relativos a materiais e R$ 664,39 \u00e0 m\u00e3o de obra. Em junho, o custo nacional fechou em R$ 1628,25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA parcela dos materiais apresentou alta em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao m\u00eas anterior. Quando comparado ao \u00edndice de julho de 2021, temos uma queda significativa\u201d, afirma Augusto. A parcela de materiais apresentou taxa de 1,38%, registrando alta de 0,19 ponto percentual (p.p.) em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a junho (1,19%). Considerando o \u00edndice de julho de 2021 (2,88%), houve queda de 1,50 p.p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEm julho, a parcela da m\u00e3o de obra, apesar dos acordos coletivos firmados no per\u00edodo, registrou varia\u00e7\u00e3o de 1,62%, caindo 0,73 ponto percentual em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a junho\u201d, completa o analista. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a julho do ano anterior (0,52%), houve aumento de 1,10 p.p.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De janeiro a julho de 2022, os acumulados fecharam em 8,56% para materiais e 9,92% para m\u00e3o de obra. J\u00e1 os acumulados em doze meses ficaram em 15,82% e 11,52%, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paran\u00e1 registra maior alta entre os estados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Paran\u00e1 foi a unidade da federa\u00e7\u00e3o com a maior taxa no recorte estadual. Com alta na parcela de materiais e reajuste observado nas categorias profissionais, o estado registrou varia\u00e7\u00e3o mensal de 5,18%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNeste m\u00eas, o estado do Paran\u00e1 destacou-se registrando a maior taxa entre os estados. Com o Rio Grande do Sul apresentando a terceira maior taxa do m\u00eas, a regi\u00e3o sul registrou a maior varia\u00e7\u00e3o em julho\u201d, afirmou Augusto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A regi\u00e3o Sul, que tamb\u00e9m observou acordos de categorias profissionais no Rio Grande do Sul, ficou com a maior varia\u00e7\u00e3o regional em julho, 3,33%. As demais regi\u00f5es apresentaram os seguintes resultados: 0,85% (Norte), 1,50% (Nordeste), 1,05% (Sudeste), e 1,24% (Centro-Oeste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os custos regionais, por metro quadrado, foram: R$ 1.622,08 (Norte); R$ 1.546,52 (Nordeste); R$ 1.723,94 (Sudeste); R$ 1.717,01 (Sul) e R$ 1.658,26 (Centro-Oeste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais sobre a pesquisa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O Sinapi, uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o conjunta do IBGE e da Caixa, tem por objetivo a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de s\u00e9ries mensais de custos e dies para o setor habitacional, e de s\u00e9ries mensais de sal\u00e1rios medianos de m\u00e3o de obra e pre\u00e7os medianos de materiais, m\u00e1quinas e equipamentos e servi\u00e7os da constru\u00e7\u00e3o para os setores de saneamento b\u00e1sico, infraestrutura e habita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As estat\u00edsticas do Sinapi s\u00e3o fundamentais na programa\u00e7\u00e3o de investimentos, sobretudo para o setor p\u00fablico.
