The AmstedMaxion Training and Development area aims to work the potential of the employees, providing the conditions to develop their skills (knowledge, skills and attitudes) in both professional and personal. This work involves the elaboration of an Annual T & D Planning with the managers of each area, who identify the development needs of its collaborators.
